Position
Profile:
The Technical Administration individual
works closely with the Marketing/Product
Administrator, provides assistance to the
Software Engineers and Quality Assurance
Analysts and provides analytical support
for business analysis.
Responsibilities
include:
Maintain
functional product specifications in VSS
Input
and maintain the product issue tracking
database
Compile
monthly billing reports
Research
problems and perform fixes to MS Access
database
Assist
Quality Assurance department with software
testing
Attend
and participate in software release meetings
Candidate Profile:
Requirements include a bachelor's degree
in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
Specific technical competence includes:
Organizational
skills with the ability to manage and prioritize
tasks
Strong
communication and writing skills
Strong
PC skills - Windows OS environment, including
spreadsheet, word processing, database and
project management (Excel, Word, Access
& Project)
Ability
to comprehend SQL database queries
Ability
to maintain confidentiality
